Используем Present Continuous для запланированного ближайшего будущего, поскольку указана конкретная договоренность (has arranged) => планы уже обсуждены и подтверждены.
- She wants her friend Ian to post a letter for her.

Используем Future Simple для спонтанных просьб/решений в момент разговора.
- She’s catching the 6 o’clock train to Brighton.
“My train leaves at 6 o’clock.”
Present Simple для фиксированного расписания транспорта.
- Someone asks her about her plans for next July.
“This time next July, I will be relaxing on a beach.”
Действие, длительное, будет происходить в конкретный период в будушем (this time next July) => используем Future Continuous.
