Get Involved

Существительное pressure — давление, стресс. Используется для описания причины звонков из-за экзаменов, образуется с помощью суффикса -ure. “because of pressure from exams” — из-за давления (стресса) от экзаменов

Превосходная степень сравнения most + прилагательное common — самая распространенная.

 

  1. LISTENING 

Причастие настоящего времени (Present Participle) используется как существительное (герундий) в значении “умение слушать”. “train volunteer pupils in listening, empathy and problem-solving skills” — обучать волонтеров навыкам слушания, эмпатии и решения проблем  

 

  1. DONATION  

Артикль перед пропуском указывает на необходимость существительного. Образуем его с помощью суффикса -tion. “making a donation” — сделать пожертвование
